Return & Refund Policy You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund. For returns due to a change of mind or any reason not related to a mistake on our side, return shipping fees may apply. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be made through the original payment method, or as otherwise agreed with you.
